You should receive a confirmation email for each form submission you make. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder. If you still have not received a confirmation, please resubmit the form.

IMPORTANT INFO: For the 2025 season, the season will be a shortened season due to pool construction/maintenance in August. The season will finish with Provincials on the AUGUST LONG WEEKEND.

Club Registration Waiver Form

I/We the Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of my child who will participate in the activities of the Calgary Tritons Summer Swim Club (the “Swim Club”), hereby give approval of participation in any and all of the activities for the team during the 2025 season.

I/We do further release, absolve, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Swim Club, its members, contract staff, associated parents, chaperones, volunteers and executive in the case of injury to the above participant(s).

I/We assume all risks of injury to the participant(s) that are incidental to the conduct of the Swim Club activities.

I/We understand that this registration is for a period of one year commencing May 1, 2025 and ending April 30, 2026.

I/We understand that registration fees are non-refundable once the season has commenced without a note from a doctor (refund and withdrawn policy dates below)

I/We understand that the Swim Club is a competitive club and participation in a minimum of three swim meets as well as regular attendance at practice is expected.

I/We understand that any Calgary Tritons Summer Swim Club Executive member may/will communicate with families regarding club matters via email. Email addresses will only be used for club matters.

I/We give permission for the Swim Club to use any picture or likeness of my child on the club website.

Payment information

Registration fees:  For the 2025 Swim Season are $550 per swimmer.

Preferred payment for 2025 is by e-transfer. If you are registering multiple swimmers, please complete all the registrations prior to payment.

For e-transfers, please e-transfer your registration fee to treasurer@calgarytritons.ca to finalize registration. Please include your swimmers names in the message section of the transfer.

If you wish to pay by credit card or debit card through PayPal, please contact treasurer@calgarytritons.ca to make arrangements. Subject to a 3% User Fee. Payments not received within 24 hours are subject to cancellation.

Bonds: For 2025, the Calgary Tritons will collect two cheques. The combined bond cheque will cover the Tritons’ meet bond, volunteer and officials points system bond, and fundraising bond. For families with one swimmer, the combined bond is $375 and for families with two or more swimmers, the bond is $450. Combined cheque is to be dated July 31, 2025.

There is also a Casino planned for early in 2026 and a $300 cheque will be collected from each family to guarantee participation. Please date the Casino Bond cheque for October 31, 2025.

Please ensure your swimmers name is written on the cheques. Please make the cheques payable to the Calgary Tritons Summer Swim Club

Important: For returning swimmers, the combined bond cheque and casino bond cheque must be given to the club during the swimsuit fittings or the parent meeting on April 30. New swimmers will be asked for the bond cheque at their first full practice date once accepted to the club.

2025 Fees and Required Bond Cheques

1. Registration Fee – $550 per swimmer (PAID BY E-TRANSFER OR ONLINE VIA PAYPAY – SUBJECT TO SERVICE CHARGE)
2. Calgary Tritons Bonds (combined into one cheque) dated July 31, 2025 – Tritons Swim Meet Bond – $150 per family, Volunteer and Level I Officials Bond – $150 per family, and Fundraising Bond – $75 per swimmer or $150 per family. Total for cheque – single swimmer family – $375 / multiple swimmer family – $450. Please ensure your swimmers name is written on the cheque.
3. The Calgary Tritons will have a casino during the 2025 season and require a Casino Bond of $300 per family to guarantee participation dated October 31, 2025. Date expected to be the first quarter of 2026.

Swimmer registration is not considered complete until all payments have been received by the club.
