Refund and Withdrawl Policy

The Calgary Tritons Summer Swim Club has approximately 100 spots available each season and budgets are built to support a full roster. Based on this, the club has implemented the following refund policy for those who register but wish to withdraw for the season*.

All withdrawal/refund requests must be made in writing directly to the President and Treasurer prior to the deadline dates listed below.

*Exceptions may be made if found medically necessary, or through the approval of the Tritons Board.  Please make all requests through the president.

Withdrawl Policy

Returning Swimmers:

  • For withdrawal requests received prior to April 1, 2023 for the 2023 swim season – registration fees will be fully reimbursed less a $50 administration fee.
  • For withdrawal requests received between April 1, 2023 and April 30, 2023 – 50% of the registration fees will be refunded per swimmer.
  • No refunds after April 30, 2023.

New Swimmers:

  • Withdrawal requests received prior to May 8, 2023 for the 2023 swim season – the registration fees will be reimbursed less a $50 administration fee per swimmer.
  • No refunds after May 8th for new swimmers.

New Swimmer Tryouts

Payment is due at the time of registration to secure a spot with the Calgary Tritons Summer Swim Club. In the event a swimmer does not successfully complete the tryouts resulting in no spot with the club for the season, all bonds and payments will be refunded, returned or shredded.
